-One of 12 founding members of this drug and alcohol fully in-patient (PHP) rehabilitation program. We began raising capital in January and had clients by March. I also aided in a re-structuring for bringing in a new majority investor in 2013.-Managed a multi-facility, 24/7 365 operating schedule, and development all logistic protocols. -Worked to prepare all proper documentation, licensing, and HR protocols for DCF licensing audit.-Hired, trained, and managed approximately 45 behavioral health technicians, 4 resident managers, 10 back-office team members, 4 housekeepers, 2 chefs, and a security team. –Authored all standard operating procedure manuals, employee contracts, internal manuals, and overall guidelines. All making sure to adhere to DCF regulations and to be HIPPA Compliant.-Lead, direct, and supervise the managerial team and operational staff. Arrange coverage of their essential duties during their absence. Ensure adequate staffing for the team, promote healthy employee morale, and promote ongoing educational and professional growth.-Made regular executive reports to the board of investors, including interim reports when needed. Reports included operational updates, current financials, economic forecasts, and potential legal issues. Worked closely with the investors on organizational policy decisions.-Worked closely with other treatment industry executives to form better outcomes for clients. -Picked which vendors and worked closely with a multitude of 3rd party partners. Negotiated contracts for all of the outside contractors.-Worked with multiple 3rd party vendors, negotiated, and managed our 10-99 subject matter experts.-I personally worked on the clinical side when we had chronic pain clients. I also would run “group therapies” approximately once a week. Also managed intake and admissions 2 days a week.DRI was a substance abuse PHP/IOP treatment center. In our first 9 months of opening, we had already been named in the top 15 rehabs in the US.
-I uncovered some discrepancies in billing.  At this point I worked with Law Enforcement and became a whistleblower.  This ended with 7 Investors serving 15 years for 186 million in fraud.
