02/21 -09/22 Retail Sales and Events Brand Ambassador for Momentum Solar. Working in Sales,
customers in the store are members of the whole sale Club Berkeley and Jensen (BJ’s) paLQJ0 -$150
yearly. In return they get access to the wholesale sale Club and it’s benefits. We momentum solar partners up
with BJ’s to use the premises in return we give BJ’s a portion of the sales we do from that store. Our job was
to talk to as many homeowners and get their name, number, address if they ge t solar panels in their
home/homes we get commission!
07/19 -02/21 (PrePandemic –now) Various side hustles some of which were deemed essential worker and
Independent Contractor work with Apps Such as – Uber, Lyft, Tryp etc – Passenger livery service.
Controlling and using various devices and platform to find out different location and surges in the area. By
seeking the best route helped maximize the earnings and efficiency of fuel and time. Instacart, Doordash,
Shipt, postmates etc Providing customers with their receipt of and clarifying all requested items. Cus tomers
has the authority to not pay tips if they later figure out issues with the order, hence providing quality service
and good communication skills is essential. Resolved Customer complaints and adjusted orders as needed and
delivered groceries, food, h ousehold items, electronics etc within established time frames.
04/18 -06/19 — Access a ride – Paratransit Diver (MTA) Jamaica, NY. Maintain daily logs, worksheets,
timecard, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports and vehicle inspection reports. Perform pre -trip and post –
trip inspections in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Sysco policies and
proced ures. Ensures vehicles are ready for operating on the road by ensuring vehicle is in working order, i.e.
flagging, boosting, adding gas and filling tires etc. Maintain documentation for custom ers pickups such as
collecting signatures and fares for all the on boarding passengers. Also carried up bags and belongings totaling
60 lbs. or less on/off the vehicle. Required to assist all passengers onto the vehicle, securing
wheelchair/scooter; and se atbelt/ shoulder harness, or seatbelt if you are sitting in a passenger seat. Familiarity
with city geography and peak traffic times. Skilled at operating two -way communications equipment and
proper radio procedures. Thorough knowledge of City and State re gulations and laws. Obtained CDL -C
license to drive vehicles with 15+ people.
8/17 -03/18 — Recreation Leader – Hollis Manor Park (Nursing home) Hollis, Queens, NY. Using
knowledge of fundamental rules, strategies, techniques, and skills of a variety of recreational activities such as
athletics, physical fitness, games, arts, crafts, and music as well as First aid and CPR. Frequently provided
guidance to recreation ai des, volunteers, and participants in conducting recreation activities; and assists
professional staff in planning, organizing, and conducting recreation activities and even ts.
5/16 -7/17 –Waiter/Cruise Director – Hornblower NY (Entertainment Cruise Ship Co.) , New York, NY
(Chelsea piers) Help passengers have a pleasant sailing experience. Know the passengers by name, escort them
to their tables, present the food and beverage menus, suggest specific courses and wines, and kindly answer
any questions they may have regarding menu items and th e wine lists. Have knowledge of the USPH/UKPH
cruise ship regulations.
SKILLS –Knowledge of MS office apps, Aloha & Micros POS system. Fluent in Bengali. Able to Converse
