Great event last week! We ended conducting 5 initial interviews and have 3 second interviews this week with hopes of hiring two of them. Could you give me future dates for the next events in the following cities?

The event in June had the best outcome for us yet. We hired 3 people- 2 sales reps and 1 CS rep. Hopefully they all work out.
We might be revisiting hiring in the fall. Out of the 3 offers we put out there, one could not start with us due to a personal situation and the other 2 are just making it past their 90 day probationary period.

After the presentations are made, career seekers will meet you at your booth. The candidates find the company presentations helpful in knowing who to meet with.
UCF uses industry leading techniques to market to thousands of job seekers looking for professional sales positions. We have a sourcing team that targets active and passive job seekers. Potential candidates are contacted with phone calls and emails to inform them about the upcoming event. Our team will work closely with you to target job seekers with the right experience level and background that you are looking for.
With each event, UCF has advertising campaigns across multiple channels to help attract the best candidates to the events. Our marketing group carefully and precisely partners with key publications that include major job boards, job related web sites, social networking sites, niche job boards, networking groups, and direct email campaigns to advertise each event.
UCF creates an online resume database from each career fair that is compiled from the marketing efforts to attract job seekers. Before the event takes place, the candidates are encouraged to submit a copy of their resume. The database is key word searchable and available for CSV (comma separated values) download. There is also a section where you can keep notes on each candidate.
